small room outdated bathroom

The location was pretty convenient for getting around. That much i can say.

The room was smaller than expected. the air conditioning barely worked. I could not adjust the temperature at all. also, the bathroom felt quite outdated.

I appreciated the very clean and spacious rooms. The breakfast buffet had an amazing selection. The staff was super nice!

The lift conditions could use some improvement. everything else seemed to be working well.

inconsistent service experience

chaotic check-in process cold staff

The breakfast was good with excellent service at all times. The room heating was functional.

I was not acknowledged as a Globalist member. The check-in process on the 8th floor was chaotic. I waited an hour for my luggage. The staff was cold and dismissive. I observed kindness toward returning guests that contrasted with my treatment as a first-time guest.

cold oil rude management

the massage i had was expensive. the room was freezing cold during it, and the oil was also cold. it felt rushed, and i certainly did not feel relaxed. hotel management was rude when i asked to have the breakfast fee refunded because i had not eaten in the hotel at all.

Acceptable Stay

attentive staff garden view slim bathtub service charge

The breakfast offered many choices and the staff was very attentive. I also liked the quiet room I had with a lovely view of a garden on the third floor.

The shower was a shower over a slim bathtub. It would be better to replace it with a shower cubicle. The hotel added a Discretionary Accommodation Service Charge of around 5%.
