The location was pretty convenient for getting around. That much i can say.
The room was smaller than expected. the air conditioning barely worked. I could not adjust the temperature at all. also, the bathroom felt quite outdated.

The breakfast was good with excellent service at all times. The room heating was functional.
I was not acknowledged as a Globalist member. The check-in process on the 8th floor was chaotic. I waited an hour for my luggage. The staff was cold and dismissive. I observed kindness toward returning guests that contrasted with my treatment as a first-time guest.

cold oilrude management
the massage i had was expensive. the room was freezing cold during it, and the oil was also cold. it felt rushed, and i certainly did not feel relaxed. hotel management was rude when i asked to have the breakfast fee refunded because i had not eaten in the hotel at all.

The breakfast offered many choices and the staff was very attentive. I also liked the quiet room I had with a lovely view of a garden on the third floor.
The shower was a shower over a slim bathtub. It would be better to replace it with a shower cubicle. The hotel added a Discretionary Accommodation Service Charge of around 5%.
